. Trained operators will respond to calls at a secure contact centre equipped with state of the art equipments from 10 am to 10 pm.
. Our Operators will interview callers, probing for specific facts such as dates, times, locations, people, or any other things involved and any witnesses
. All calls are sanitized to ensure that the name of the caller and any identifying information is excluded from the tip-off report, unless the person chooses to have this information disclosed to the organization.
. Calls will be digitally recorded and stored in our databank for further reference and scrutiny if needed
